Entrance and reception:
- The hotel is located 7 km from the centre of Side, in the resort town of Evrenseki. There are no roads with heavy traffic near the hotel. Near the hotel, there is a well-developed infrastructure with shops, pharmacies, cafes and supermarkets.
- The hotel is located right behind the Commodore Elite Suites & Spa 5* 18+ – the owners are the same.
- Small reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks English, German, Turkish, and Russian.
- The hotel accommodates guests with disabilities, there are also wheelchairs (extra charge), ramps on the territory and a special entrance to the beach.

- The beach and the entrance to the sea are sand. In this area, the sea is flat and shallow.
