In your message, please specify the name of the legal entity making the payment. The invoice will be sent to your email address.
How long does file access last, and what happens after the expiration date?
Upon purchasing the online advertising package, you will have access for 1 year.
You will receive an email notification about the upcoming expiration of your advertising campaign, along with information about the renewal cost (with a discount).
Additionally, all this information is available in your online account under the bell icon.
How many accounts can have access after paying for the promotional offer?
Access will be granted to one account only.
If you are a network of travel agencies and require additional accounts, please submit a request through our FEEDBACK FORM.
In your message, please specify the name of your network and the number of accounts required. We will provide you with a discounted rate.
If I purchase multiple advertising campaigns, will they be displayed in a single account?
Yes.
Your personal account displays both purchased advertising tours and ANNOUNCED tours that you have subscribed to.
Once tours become available for purchase, you can buy them directly from your account.
How can I find out when an announced advertising campaign becomes available for purchase?
If you are not yet a platform user but are interested in announced advertising campaigns, simply subscribe to updates in the “Let’s Be Friends” section.
You will receive notifications about new announcements, as well as new tours that have become available for purchase.
Are all the files downloadable and where can I use them?
ВAll videos and supplementary materials can be downloaded. You may forward them to clients. You may use the videos to create your content on social media.
IMPORTANT: Do not use this content to create your “original own” advertising tours. This is considered plagiarism.
How do I find out about an online meeting with hotels?
In your account, you’ll find a quick reminder on the left side with the hotel name, date, and time of your online meeting. There’s a handy link right there too.
We’ll also send you an email to make sure you don’t miss it.
This feature is available only to platform users.
Are there any promotions and discounts for advertisers?
Yes.
1. After the access to the advertising tours expires, you can extend it for another year at a discounted price.
2. If you require access for multiple users (2 or more), we have special pricing.
3. Announced advertising tours with 50% of hotels filled are already available at a promotional price. Once all hotels are fully booked, the access price will return to standard.
What information does one hotel contain?
Depending on the country, but generally speaking, the content includes:
– Short individual videos of the hotel exterior, reception, rooms (one or two categories), dining area during breakfast or lunch, hotel grounds, beach, and the path to the beach (if the hotel is not located on the beachfront).
– One general video about the hotel with music and subtitles (ready for clients).
– A text with a general description of the hotel.
– An expert review highlighting key points, advantages, and disadvantages.
In the “Useful Materials” section (if available), you will find files with the hotel concept, information about seasonal changes, and hotel contacts.
For your convenience, there is an interactive map under each hotel, marking its location. You can also add hotels to your “favorites” list.
